We are located diagonally across the street from Hoag Hospital, at the corner of Hospital Road and Old Newport Blvd. The address is 401 Old Newport Blvd., Newport Beach, CA 92663.

Coming south on Coast Highway from Huntington Beach, turn left on Superior Avenue, then right onto Hospital Road, go one block past Newport Blvd. to the first stop sign, and turn left onto Old Newport Blvd., then an immediate left again into the parking lot behind our building.

Coming north on Coast Highway from Laguna Beach, turn right on to Old Newport Blvd. just past the Arches restaurant (just before you go under the Newport Blvd. overpass); come north 2 blocks until you come to Hospital Road. Cross over hospital Road and turn left just past Hospital Road into the parking lot of our building. The address is 401 Old Newport Blvd., Newport Beach, CA 92663.

- From 405 Freeway

Take the 55 Freeway south until it becomes Newport Blvd.. Continue down Newport Blvd. approximately 1.5 miles, then turn left on Hospital Road. Go one block to the stop sign, which is Old Newport Blvd., and turn left onto Old New Blvd., then make an immediate left into the parking lot behind our building. Appointment Scheduling

Please call 949.999.2977 to schedule an appointment or if you have insurance questions. When calling for an appointment, please be prepared to provide the patient's name, address, phone number, birth date, type of insurance, reason for appointment, and referring physician, if applicable.

As with any medical practice, our phone lines are very busy. Dr. Gehret prefers that if a current patient has a question or message for him, that you email it to him at the email address above. This will save you time from waiting on hold with our office, and helps free up our phone lines for urgent problems. Dr. Gehret's computer notifies him of any incoming email mesages within minutes (during regular office hours), and he will call you back as soon as possible (leave the best telephone number to reach you).

If your call is urgent, or if email or faxing is inconvenient for you, feel free to call our office at 949.999.2977 and leave your message with Monica or Erika. We do our best to return phone calls at the end of the day, but due to a busy hospital practice, it sometimes is impossible for the doctor to return all of the phone calls the same day. If your message is urgent, please tell our staff that you need to have your phone call returned as quickly as possible. All routine calls or faxed questions should be returned to you within one or two days.
